Here are the details:
The Client Account Manager is responsible for the management of client facilities. The Client Account Manager acts as the liaison between Staffing Specialists, Supplier Account Managers, Travel Recruiters, and the clients they serve, to ensure patient care levels are met, both in quantity and quality. This position will maximize the client utilization of all GrapeTree services to include per diem, travel, long-term assignments, and GrapeTree Managed Solutions.
Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! This position is also offered as a work from home opportunity, based on location.
Our next training class would start on June 12th.
As a Client Account manager, you can expect to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This hourly position pays at $17 per hour. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
Total compensation view:
Medical Insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, and bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities = estimated total compensation package of $22.75+ per hour.
A day in the life:
Operate as the point of contact for multiple assigned clients.
Combine client services and sales skills to drive increase in client demand and billable hours per defined goals.
Maximize and educate client utilization of GrapeTree per diem, travel, long-term assignments, and GrapeTree Managed Solution services.
Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Train and instruct clients on best practices using Client Access/Facility Portal to manage their staffing needs and view any required HCP credentials.
Ensure clients continue to use Client Access/Facility Portal to manage their staffing needs including monitoring when to prioritize and/or incent shifts to help increase fill.
Resolve any escalated client complaints and conflicts in a professional manner.
Forecast, track, and report client account metrics to client through analysis of open needs, filled needs and missed opportunities.
Identify and operationalize opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Here's what you need to be successful in this role:
Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows.
Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High level of customer service skills.
Experience with account management & schedule coordination preferred
