The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for engraining a culture of continuous improvement (CI) as well as leveraging CI methodologies to partner with stakeholder departments to deliver process and performance improvements resulting in world-class employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, and business results.
Our corporate office located in Milford, Iowa. - We work and live where others vacation! This position is also offered as a work from home opportunity, based on your location.
As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you can expect to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This salaried position offers a pay range of $50,000-$60,000/annually. Salary will be based on experience, wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
Medical insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.
A day in the life:
Manage cross-departmental CI projects and initiatives using Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
Provide program management and governance for GrapeTree’s content management solution; work with departmental leaders to ensure that content (SOP, policy, job aides, etc.) is consistent, current, relevant, executable, and based on best practices
Interface with the Training and Quality departments to supply learnings and process improvements upstream into new-hire training, on-going training, and quality programs
Program-manage the company’s reporting strategy; partner with stakeholder departments to ensure that departmental reports serve as effective aides for the leadership team’s performance management efforts.
Provide workforce management analysis for the Staffing Department and create Staffing team schedules
Here's what you need to be successful in this role:
2 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement role or related field preferred
Reporting and data analytics experience
Program management and/or project management experience
Ability to demonstrate unconstrained thinking
Problem solving capabilities and desire to seek new and improved ways to do things
