The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination as well as overseeing day to day activities in the Sales Department. The position includes monitoring and analyzing recruitment and retention of facilities; providing leadership in creating, managing and implementing contracts with new and existing facilities; providing ongoing training and development of the sales team; and providing leadership with facility marketing efforts.

Total comp to include base salary and incentives
Oversee day-to-day activities of the sales department as directed
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, analyzing and identifying trends, and recommending system improvements
Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Establish and implement short and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
Exceptional and proven sales skills, both verbal and written, as Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for RFPs and GMS presentations to potential and existing clients as directed by the Chief Sales Officer
Establish goals by gathering pertinent business, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes
Research, propose and implement ideas to improve department processes
Supervise employees, monitor set goals, assist and support department personnel and create incentive programs
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe, NetSuite, CTM scanning software and Windows
Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Sales or marketing experience
Previous supervisory experience
Position may require up to 25-30% travel
