Here are the details:
Our MSP Business Development team members are responsible for generating revenue and increasing market share by entering partnerships with healthcare systems for GrapeTree’s managed solutions. They work cross functionally to create, manage, and implement new programs for new and existing clients, and their ultimate goal is to increase revenue and market share through the sale and implementation of healthcare systems to GrapeTree’s managed solutions.
Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! This position is also offered as a work from home opportunity for qualified candidates who live outside of a 60-miles radius of our office
For this position, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
This is a salaried position that pays at $60,000/annually + uncapped commission. Salary is based on expereince and wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
Medical insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities
A day in the life:
Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
Responsible for growing market share within a specific region
Focus on strategically selected accounts to upsell GrapeTree solution offerings
Arrange phone or in person meetings with new and existing healthcare systems promoting customized solutions
Customize and deliver presentations in line with GrapeTree’s brand standards to communicate solutions to client contacts and decision makers to promote new revenue streams
Develop and manage sales pipeline
Assist in developing and setting direction for healthcare system marketing/recruiting
Negotiate facility rates
Other duties as assigned
Here's what you need to be successful in this role:
Experience in business development or implementation for healthcare staffing and workforce management organizations
Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Windows, and CRM
Ability to understand and evaluate clinical setting, staffing industry standards and client needs
Work independently but also have a commitment to be a team player
Ability to negotiate
High School Diploma or equivalent
