Working from our Minneapolis, Minnesota office, in Brooklyn Park, the Office Support Specialist will be responsible for the sourcing, marketing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of healthcare professionals (HCP’s) for employment with GrapeTree Medical Staffing, in the area residing. This position will work closely with the Onboarding Team at Corporate Headquarters to conduct engaging phone and in-person interviews to identify and onboard highly qualified healthcare professionals.
Position Overview
The Office Support Specialist will assist and ensure the complete credentialing of qualified candidates with accuracy and efficiency. This position will be a resident expert, able to build effective, healthy, and trusting relationships in the community residing. This person will exemplify excellent communication and customer service skills.

$24/hour + competitive incentives

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Full-time, 40 hours/week

Position Responsibilities
After appropriate training and practice the employee demonstrates proficiency in the following:
Communicate consistently and effectively on the phone and via email with HCPs to help them through the onboarding process
Build trusting relationships in community that lead to increase in healthcare professionals filling GrapeTree needs
Effectively use sourcing/recruiting techniques that best fit area and attract highly qualified healthcare professionals
Prioritize applicant onboarding processes according to client needs
Conduct interviews and recommend HCPs for employment following EEOC guidelines
Perform employment verifications as needed
Verify accuracy and completeness of employee’s file during the onboarding process
Update and maintain HCP’s info page in CTM Staffing
Meet required market performance and productivity expectations
Identify inaccuracies with required documents and effectively communicate the avenues to make the needed corrections to the healthcare professional
Assist with identifying and ensuring appropriate compliance of employee files per National/State regulations (Boards of Nursing, Department of Health and Human Services, Licensure and Regulation)
Visit and engage with CNA schools leaders and students as well as healthcare professional supplier agencies
Verify professional licenses - reviewing, maintaining, and sending out notifications of expired licenses and certifications.
Organize electronic files
Other duties as directed
Qualifications
Computer experience and skills with, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Internet
Preferably bilingual
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Extremely self-driven, motivated, and disciplined to achieve results
High level of customer service skills
Previous hiring or compliance experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some travel to Milford, IA corporate headquarters may be required
