Here are the details:
A Staffing Team Lead is responsible for the support of all After Hours Support Specialists by ensuring that all policies are followed and that the needs of GrapeTree’s clients and HCPs are met. This position will also train and support the After-Hours department by managing the coordination of clients and HCPs schedules.
Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa - just miles away from beautiful Lake Okoboji
$18.50/hour + $120/weekly stipend
Alternating weekends with weekdays in between!
When working the weekend, the schedule would be Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 1pm-12am. When not working the weekend, the schedule would be Tuesday-Friday 1pm-12am.
A day in the life:
Provide support for after-hours team by being a resource for questions, organizing workflow, monitoring employee productivity, and providing constructive feedback Saturday and Sunday.
Prepare and submit daily operating reports for Saturday and Sunday.
Prepare daily assignment of duties to individuals scheduled after 5pm M-F through 8am the following Monday.
Execute Staffing Specialists role for Day and After Hours on an as needed and float basis.
Provide administrative support as needed M-F as scheduled.
Relaying Daily Business Review notes on policy changes, updates, reminders, etc. to After Hours team and assess for understanding and follow through.
Assist After-Hours Supervisor in providing daily updates on goals as well as monitoring after hours team daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals along with analysis for opportunities of growth and areas of improvement.
Assist After-Hours Supervisor in conducting daily auditing of direct reports responsibilities to ensure all obligations are being followed up on promptly.
Assist After-Hours Supervisor in managing After Hours Support schedule and assign responsibilities, as necessary.
Provide timely briefings to After-Hours Supervisor as necessary or as requested.
Provide input on company policies and procedures to ensure the most effective output.
Here's what you need to be successful in this role:
Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows.
Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High level of customer service skills
Ability to type at least 30 WPM
Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the four-week new hire orientation and training.
