Position Overview
The Staffing Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination as well as overseeing all day-to-day activities in the staffing department. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in staffing methods, operating procedures and policies. The Staffing Operations Manager will be responsible and expected to understand and analyze data, trends, identify solutions to improve where necessary, and effectively manage and lead teams to repeatable, sustainable, and scalable growth.

Salary
Compensation for this position is based on experience + bonus opportunity
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position
Position Responsibilities
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements
Establish and implement short and long term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
Establish goals by gathering pertinent business, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes
Research and implement ideas to improve department processes
Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Analyze and provide weekly reporting of cancellation analysis and employee productivity to the Vice President of Staffing Services
Ability to understand, challenge and positively influence trends of critical success factors
Qualifications
Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows
Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of customer service skills
Previous supervisory experience
