Position Overview

The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Staffing Specialists who coordinate the schedules between healthcare professionals and client facilities. The Staffing Supervisor takes ownership of their team to drive operational success and attain corporate staffing objectives. This position works side by side with other Staffing Supervisors to meet collective staffing goals. Supervisors are responsible for providing support, training and ongoing development within the staffing department.


Job Location

  • Our corporate office located in Milford, Iowa - just miles away from beautiful Lake Okoboji


Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • Position requires flexibility to serve as a resource for team members outside of office hours.


Salary

  • $40,000-$45,000/annually + opportunity for incentives & bonuses

  • Salary will be based on experience

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Staffing Specialists to meet and exceed corporate staffing objectives.

  • Interact with other supervisors to develop and direct the implementation of operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.

  • Support team in achieving short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the staffing department.

  • Drive and support day-to-day activities in the staffing department.

  • Implement training and development programs for staffing personnel.

  • Evaluate daily and weekly team member production according to set standards to coach and implement action plans using a performance improvement plan process.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • High level of customer service skills.

  • At least one year of Leadership & Team Development experience required

  • Ability to remain flexible and work in fast-paced environment.

  • Performance management and data analytics experience preferred
