Here are the details:

As a Travel Sales Account Executive, you will sell and maintain travel nursing solutions to previous/prospective clients as well as uncovering other staffing needs that our clients would benefit from that GrapeTree provides. Client management skills are a significant part of this development role and working closely with internal resources to generate the proper operational account transition at the appropriate time. Overall, your goal is to increase revenue and market share through the sale and implementation of travel nursing solutions to healthcare facilities.

Location(s): Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location.

  • Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office.

  • Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters.

  • Remote: Based on a candidate’s location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.

Schedule: As a Sales Executive, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Salary: Salary is based on experience & uncapped commission opportunity. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!

Benefits: Medical insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.

A day in the life:

  • Continuously generate client leads by using high volume calls & emails. Primary focus on generating new clients in states outside of current footprint to determine staffing shortages and opportunities for travel contracts.

  • Grow TOA/headcount and revenue by identifying & obtaining new travel orders with fresh clients and filling those orders with traveling HCPs.

  • Communicate, understand, and develop relationships with clients, while educating on benefits of travel in tandem with per diem offering.

  • Will be held to various sales metrics specific to Travel Sales Executive role – number of sourced new job orders, number of new executed MSAs, number of booked travel contracts, revenue generation, and may identify client’s potential for converting to exclusive/GMS.

Here's what you need to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows

  • Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Sales in healthcare staffing experience preferred

  • Home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
