What is rapid! PayCard?

It is a prepaid card, which allows you to collect and spend your pay without hassle or inconvenience. A rapid! PayCard can be used at millions of ATMs and merchant locations worldwide, anywhere VISA debit cards are accepted.

Can I personalize my rapid! PayCard with my name?

Yes! When you call their Customer Support at 1-888-727-4314 to activate your card, you can upgrade to a personalized card with your name embossed on it at no addtional cost. While you wait for the personalized card to arrive (typically within 7-10 business days) your original card will remain fully usable until you activate your new personalized card.

When will my funds be available on my rapid! PayCard?

Timesheets must be submitted in your Workforce Portal each week by 8am Sunday if you wish to be paid Friday (for the previous workweek of Sunday-Saturday). However, if you are using the rapid! PayCard, you will be paid a day earlier on Thursday by 5pm. You may also receive same day payment by requesting a priority pay, which is only available when using the rapid! PayCard! If you are not utilizing the rapid! PayCard and request the priority pay, your funds will be deposited in your bank account the following day.

What happens if I lose my rapid! PayCard? What should I do?

If you happen to lose your rapid! PayCard, just call their Customer Support at 1-888-727-4314 to report it lost/stolen and request a new card.

Is this payroll direct deposit different from other types of direct deposit?

No, the funds are deposited on your card immediately.

Can I add additional funds to my rapid! PayCard?

Yes, the rapid! PayCard is fully portable. This means that you can take the card to any other employer, regardless of who gave you the card and sign up for a direct deposit payment. In addition, you can direct deposit you income tax refund, social security benefit, military pension, or any other payment that can be direct-depoisted. You can login to to access your direct deposit account number, or ask one of their Customer Support Representatives.

Yes! Once you have registered your rapid! PayCard, you will be able to link the card to your existing bank account(s).

Can I get cash from an ATM with the rapid! PayCard?

Yes! Any retailer who accepts VISA debit cards will accept the rapid! PayCard and allow you all the same options, such as cash back.
