Yes! When you call their Customer Support at 1-888-727-4314 to activate your card, you can upgrade to a personalized card with your name embossed on it at no addtional cost.
When will my funds be available on my rapid! PayCard?
Timesheets must be submitted in your Workforce Portal each week by 8am Sunday if you wish to be paid Friday (for the previous workweek of Sunday-Saturday). However, if you are using the rapid! PayCard, you will be paid a day earlier on Thursday by 5pm.
What happens if I lose my rapid! PayCard? What should I do?
If you happen to lose your rapid! PayCard, just call their Customer Support at 1-888-727-4314 to report it lost/stolen and request a new card.
