ABOUT ME:
My name is Alida Murphy and I was born and raised in Omaha, NE. My husband and I have an son named Buck who is a bundle of joy! I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in May 2026 with my Business Administration Degree.
MY FAVORITE SNACK:
I love cookies! I am not picky, but my favorite would have to be chocolate chip!
THE TOP ITEM ON MY BUCKET LIST:
A bucket list experience for me is taking my son to Disney World in Florida. I always wanted to go as a child but never did. I would love to experience it with my baby once he is old enough!
MY FAVORITE PLACE TO TRAVEL:
One of my favorite places to travel too is Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO. I go there at least once a year to visit family and spend time on the lake. Someday I would love to travel to NYC to visit the fashion and art museums!
WHEN I'M HAPPIEST:
I am happiest when I am spending time in nature or traveling. I love exploring new places, camping, hiking, and making memories. I love going for adventures and being out in the wilderness, especially with my family!
IF I WON THE LOTTERY...
If I won the lottery I would buy a ticket to Greece and spend a few weeks there with my husband and son. I would also pay off all my student loans. Haha!
MY ADVICE FOR TRAVELERS:
My biggest piece of advice for first-time travelers is to communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully about your wants and needs. Traveling can be an exciting and rewarding experience, but it can also be overwhelming. Establishing a strong relationship with your recruiter and keeping the lines of communication open will help set you up for success throughout your journey.
