Local Assignment Leader Award
The Local Assignment Leader Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who booked into and worked the most local assignment hours throughout the specific quarter. This healthcare professional is a true leader with a strong passion and dedication to caring for others.

The Rockstar Rookie Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who has booked into and worked the most hours throughout their first year of employment with GrapeTree. This healthcare professional has jumped right in and has proven themselves as a true shining star.

Go-Getter Award
The Go-Getter Award is awarded to a new GrapeTree healthcare professional. The recipient is the healthcare professional who completed their application and onboarding process the quickest within the specific quarter. To qualify, the recipient must have gone on to book shifts within the quarter.

Unsung Hero Award
The Unsung Hero Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who booked into and worked the most STAT and/or Emergency Pay hours throughout the specific quarter. This healthcare professional has risen to the occasion various times, filling shifts with short notice, to ensure residents continue to receive quality care and facilities don't go short-staffed.

Mover & Shaker Award
The Mover and Shaker Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who has booked into and worked at the most healthcare facilities throughout the specific quarter. Yearly Healthcare Professional Awards
Beginning in 2022, we launched our Nurse and Nursing Assistant of the Year awards. These award winners will be announced annually during National Nurses Week and National Nursing Assistants Week respectively. Each award winner receives a $500 bonus, a glass award, a custom GrapeTree Nurse/Nursing Assistant of the Year scrub top, and other GrapeTree swag!

The Nurse of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding contributions of one GrapeTree LPN or RN who has positively influenced the healthcare communities they worked in throughout the year. This nurse has provided ongoing support, has proven to be intentional in their actions, and has continuously held themselves accountable to ensure quality care for residents. The recipient of this award has proven themselves as a true leader in the healthcare industry who consistently exceeds standard expectations.
