Approval Tutorial
Approving a GrapeTree healthcare professional's electronic timesheet is quick and hassle-free! The electronic timesheet feature is based on geofencing within a radius of your healthcare community's location. In order for time to be captured and approved, our healthcare professionals are now required to have their cell phones with them at their shift. This geofencing clocking feature will make the process easier on you and protect you from paying more than you should in the case a healthcare professional tries to record an incorrect time. The process ensures the healthcare professional is physically at your facility when they clock in and out and mark meal breaks, and requires the authorized signature from your staff to happen at your healthcare community's location.
