GrapeTree's Referral Program gives you more ways to earn on top of your base wage. When you connect us with great nurses, CNAs, and allied professionals, you’re helping us grow our team while putting extra cash in your pocket. We offer two types of referral bonuses, per diem and contract, each with its own payout structure. Here’s a bonus: contract referrals are open to everyone, meaning you don’t have to work for GrapeTree to earn a contract referral payout.
Per Diem Referral Bonuses
Working per diem means picking up shifts here and there at various healthcare facilities with high flexibility. When you refer a friend to work for GrapeTree per diem, you'll be eligible for a referral bonus as outlined below when the criteria is met.

Contract Referral Bonuses
Working a contract means committing to 4-13 week assignments with guaranteed hours and a set schedule at a single facility. When you refer a friend to work contracts through GrapeTree, you'll be eligible for a referral bonus as outlined below when the criteria is met.
