We have high standards
Minimum of 6 months of experience required for CNAs/STNAs
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an area of practice required for RNs and LPNs
Current license must be in good standing and in the active status
Criminal background checks required for employment
Employment references required, OIG check, EPLS check
Must have no prior record of patient/resident abuse or HIPAA violations
Rigorous attendance standards enforced for all healthcare professionals
Must complete and pass skills assessments per specialty
Must score 80% or better on all administered GrapeTree University tests
Clinical testing of all applicants is completed upon hire
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is Joint Commission certified
Our clients/facilities pay hourly rates, meaning there are no added or hidden personnel fees. We pay all of the normal employee taxes and insurances, including FICA, SUTA, FUTA, social security, unemployment insurance, workers compensation insurance and liability insurance. Cost for travel healthcare professionals are discussed and arrangements are made up front. Longer term programs can be specifically designed to accommodate your needs.
