As soon as you order a shift through your Facility Portal, GrapeTree healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your area are immediately notified about your shift openings. If an HCP is interested in working your shift, they are able to self-book themselves for that shift then and there! Your calendar updates to reflect that the shift has been filled and your residents will continue to receive quality care.
