Working from our Minneapolis, Minnesota office, in Brooklyn Park, the Office Support Specialist will be responsible for the sourcing, marketing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of healthcare professionals (HCP’s) for employment with GrapeTree Medical Staffing, in the area residing. This position will work closely with the Onboarding Team at Corporate Headquarters to conduct engaging phone and in-person interviews to identify and onboard highly qualified healthcare professionals. The Office Support Specialist will assist and ensure the complete credentialing of qualified candidates with accuracy and efficiency. This position will be a resident expert, able to build effective, healthy, and trusting relationships in the community residing. This person will exemplify excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Background Specialist focuses primarily on initiating, evaluating, and processing confidential background information for all perspective hires & current healthcare professionals employed by GrapeTree Medical Staffing. This position will work closely with the OnBoarding and Human Resources teams to ensure Joint Commission compliance and follow state & federal regulations.

The Client Account Manager is responsible for the management of client facilities. The Client Account Manager acts as the liaison between Staffing Specialists, Supplier Account Managers, Travel Recruiters, and the clients they serve, to ensure patient care levels are met, both in quantity and quality. This position will maximize the client utilization of all GrapeTree services to include per diem, travel, long-term assignments, and GrapeTree Managed Solutions.

The OnBoarding Specialist position focuses on ensuring our healthcare professionals have all the required qualifications & documentation for them to be eligible to work for GrapeTree.
