GrapeTree Medical Staffing Announces New CEO Steve Heeg

GrapeTree Medical Staffing is proud to announce that Steve Heeg will become the new GrapeTree Medical Staffing CEO as Tim Kinnetz, founder of GrapeTree, moves to the board of directors.


“Steve has unparalleled expertise in strategic healthcare leadership,” said Tim Kinnetz. “GrapeTree has already experienced exponential growth and I have the utmost trust in Steve and the support of my New MainStream Capital partners to lead our company into new levels of success.”


Heeg brings 17 years of successful fiscal, strategic, and operational leadership experience to GrapeTree. His knowledge of customer management and healthcare solutions fit perfectly with the mission of GrapeTree Medical Staffing.


New Mainstream Capital Operating Executive Council Member and GrapeTree Board Member Bob Livonius noted, “We are very fortunate to retain Tim’s strategic mind as he continues to hold a significant position at GrapeTree.”


Heeg leaves Startek Inc., a customer engagement company, where he served as Vice President of Healthcare Global Operations, to join GrapeTree. Before his time at Startek, Heeg served as Vice President of Operations for companies including Alorica Inc., UnitedHealth Group, and Sitel Corporation.

The addition of Heeg to the team is the latest announcement in a series of advancements for GrapeTree, including the recent partnership with New MainStream Capital and the expansion of office space in Milford, Iowa. Throughout these expansion announcements, the GrapeTree leadership team has demonstrated its commitment to growth in the Milford, Iowa, community.
