What is an STNA?
STNA stands for State Tested Nursing Assistant. This certification was previously used as the title for nursing assistants in Ohio. This certification has now been updated to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), to match the title given to nursing assistants in many other states. While this certification name is no longer used, GrapeTree still hires former STNAs as CNAs to do the same important work in Ohio!
