Electronic Timesheet FAQs

What if I am not able to clock in within the 7 minute window due to an emergency or unforseen circumstance?

Clock in as usual when you arrive at your shift. This will be counted as being late to your shift. Our system will automatically round your time to the nearest 15 minute period.

What if my phone dies during my shift?

You can always log in to the Workforce Portal on a computer at the facility to enter, submit and get time approved if your phone is dead.

What if I don't have cell reception at the facility location?

You can always log in to the Workforce Portal on a computer at the facility to enter, submit and get time approved if your phone does not have reception.

What if I cannot find the person who is authorized to sign off on my timesheet within the timeframe I have to clock out?

You will clock out and/or adjust your time prior to having facility staff sign off on your timesheet, so this will not effect the hours worked on your timesheet. However, you must remain at the facility in order to get that approval.

What if I was on time to work, but I forgot to clock in at the start of my shift?

Be sure to log in to the Workforce Portal and punch in, even if it is a late punch. You can always adjust time at the end of your shift before submitting for approval if a clocked punch is incorrect or needing an adjustment.
