Here are the details:

Our Client Success Manager is responsible for designing and implementing client sales strategies to increase demand, engagement, and long-term retention of clients. The Client Success Managers will use active listening skills to understand client concerns, discuss reasons for not communicating or providing shifts opportunities to us, and use feedback to re-sell GrapeTree solutions.

Location(s): Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location.

  • Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office.

  • Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters.

  • Remote: Based on a candidate’s location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.

Schedule: For this position, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $42,000-$46,000/annually + commission opportunity. Salary is based on experience, and wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!

Benefits: Medical insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities

A day in the life:

  • Help to identify & summarize key learnings and potential solutions to increase client engagement

  • Use effective sales techniques to understand the root cause of client disengagement & use GrapeTree solutions to drive increased revenue

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients via proactive and responsive business relations

  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction through proactive support and active listening to address concerns and provide solutions

  • Research and implement creative and effective retention and recruiting techniques

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

Here's what you need to be successful in this role:

  • Strong sales skillset specializing in confidently re-engaging inactive clients

  • Tenacious, resilient, and curious worker that enjoys being brought in on exciting (sometime difficult or urgent) projects with defined targeted outcomes

  • Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows

  • Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • High level of customer service skills to include customer support and/or issue resolution experience.

  • Home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
