Here are the details:
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is evaluating expansion into the private pay, non-medical home care industry and is seeking an experienced leader to help assess, develop, and potentially lead this business line. If approved, this is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership to determine whether GrapeTree enters the home care market.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this individual will play a key role in determining the viability of the opportunity, developing the operating model, and building a scalable platform for future growth.
Location(s):
Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location.
Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office.
Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters.
Remote: Based on a candidate's location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.
Schedule:
As a Director of Home Care services, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST. Given the duties within this position, there may be times work falls outside of these hours.
Wage:
This is a salaried position has a range of $80,000-$105,000/annually + bonus potential. Salary is based on expereince.
Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
Total Compensation View:
Medical Insurance: premium as low as $16.59 per week
Basic Life Insurance: $50,000
401k: up to 4% employer match
Bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.
A day in the life:
Essential Leadership Responsibilities:
Evaluate the market opportunity and provide recommendations to executive leadership
Develop the business plan, operating model, and growth strategy
Build operational processes, performance metrics, and staffing structures
Lead caregiver recruitment and client acquisition initiatives
Establish referral relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, case managers, and other community partners
Provide guidance on technology, compliance, licensing, and operational best practices

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in private pay, non-medical home care
Proven track record of growing client census, revenue, and profitability
Experience leading caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and retention
Strong understanding of referral development, community partnerships, and client acquisition
Experience managing operational and financial performance
