Here are the details:
The Operations Specialist position focuses on building relationships between our clients and healthcare professionals, ensuring shifts are filled and patient care is met.
Location(s):
Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location.
Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office.
Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters.
Remote: Based on a candidate's location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.
Schedule:
As an Operations Specialist, you can expect to work Thursday-Saturday 6am-7pm CST. Ability to request additional hours to get a 40-hour work week.
Wage:
This hourly position pays at $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Total compensation package for this position is up to $23.00/hour.
Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
Total Compensation View:
Medical Insurance: premium as low as $16.59 per week
Basic Life Insurance: $50,000
401k: up to 4% employer match

A day in the life:
Support to our healthcare professionals
On a daily basis, you will work with our healthcare professionals to motivate them in finding and booking into shift opportunities at facilities with staffing shortages.
You will train our healthcare professionals on how to best manage their online schedule.
You will provide above and beyond positive energy while frequently interacting with our healthcare professionals via phone calls, text messages, and email.
Our healthcare professionals put their trust in you, so you will mentor them through any issues or complaints they bring forward.
Support to our healthcare facilities
Determination is the name of the game! You will coordinate schedules and fill staffing needs for primarily long-term care facilities to ensure they are fully staffed.
You will train our facilities on how to best manage their online portal.
You will serve as the go-to individual for our facilities, upselling and educating them on GrapeTree procedures and our staffing solutions.
You will provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships, always.
Here's what you need to be successful in this role:
High school diploma or equivalent
High level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented
Excellent organization, computer, and communication skills
Ability to type at least 30 WPM
The role of a Staffing Specialist may require night and weekend shifts to be worked as business needs arise
Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the four week new hire orientation and training.
