Join our fast-paced Sales Team and play a key role in driving growth and winning in a competitive healthcare staffing market.


Location(s): 

Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location. 

  • Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office. 

  • Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters.

  • Remote: Based on a candidate's location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.


Schedule: 

  • As a Sales Executive, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.


Wage: 

  • This salaried position pays at $40,000/annually + offers uncapped commission opportunity.

  • Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!


Total Compensation View: 

  • Medical Insurance: premium as low as $16.59 per week

  • Basic Life Insurance: $50,000

  • 401k: up to 4% employer match

  • Bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.

A day in the life:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using a targeted list of primarily nursing homes and assisted living communities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data to ensure consistent pipeline progression

  • Connect with decision-makers to understand staffing needs and sell the value of GrapeTree Medical Staffing and our solutions.

  • Secure new client agreements and drive revenue growth

Here's what you need to be successful in this role:

Goals & Expectations

  • Maintain high outbound activity (65+ calls per day)

  • Consistently close 1–2 new client agreements per week

  • Achieve a 65%+ opportunity rate from new client needs

  • Stay persistent, ask strong discovery questions, and confidently handle objections


What’s Required?

  • Prior sales experience

  • Strong phone-based sales skills

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable home internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
