Is there a limit on how many healthcare professionals I can refer?

No! You can refer as many healthcare professionals as you'd like.

How can I check on the status of my $250 bonus?

To check on the status of your bonus, please give our Staffing Department a call at (712) 336-0800 ext. 2704 and one of our Specialists will be able to provide that information to you. This includes how many hours you and/or the healthcare professional you referred still need to work in order to receive the bonus.

When will I recieve my $250 bonus?

You will receive your $250 bonus after the healthcare professional you referred has been hired on with GrapeTree, worked 80 hours, and has been PAID for those 80 hours.

How will I receive my $250 bonus?

Your $250 bonus will be directly deposited into your next paycheck. Please note that the bonus must be on a normal pay day and is not included in priority pay requests.

How do I find my Temp ID Number?

Newly created name badges display the HCP ID under your first name. If you do not see a number below your name on your name badge, you can log in to your iSolved account and find it directly underneath your First and Last name (it will show as your Employee#.)

What if I referred someone before this referral program started and they are now actively working with GrapeTree, or they have already started the hiring process?

These referrals do not qualify and there would not be a payout opportunity for these referrals; however we do encourage that you refer anyone else from the healthcare field that you know so you can get rewarded!
