Staffing Shortages? We Have the Help You Need!

Are you turning down admissions because you don’t have the staff to support your needs? Do you find yourself unable to capitalize on available reimbursement dollars? Are you looking for a more streamlined way to fulfill your open shifts? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then you are in the right place!

At GrapeTree, we work to provide you and your facility with solutions to fit your needs, fill your beds, and positively impact your bottom line.

Why we do it.

There is currently a nursing shortage crisis affecting almost every care facility in America. These shortages lead to facilities turning down admissions, over-working their current small staff, and ultimately, not working up to their full capacity potential. According to an article by the American Healthcare Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL), more than 60 percent of nursing homes nationwide are being limited by this crisis.

GrapeTree works to combat staffing issues by offering our facilities seamless solutions to fill their beds and positively impact their bottom line. By pulling from our pool of experienced healthcare professionals, offering an online client access portal, and a dedicated 24/7 support staff, GrapeTree has been providing proactive solutions to healthcare facilities for over 20 years.

GrapeTree has a wide range of flexible staffing solutions to fit your needs.
